Lowdesk Pro Frame

... until you use this desk for the very first time!

I'm sitting on the floor right now, working with relative ease, and I can promise you that new muscles are getting stretched that I'd forgotten I had!

I'm a believer -- I bet you will be too.

Frame is very solid and looks great. It does function as expected. It is a little loud when the motors actuate.

Very disappointing experience with Lowdesk. I spent nearly $3,000 on two desks and had multiple quality control issues before they even shipped.

Lowdesk informed me that the frames had incorrect colored parts and the tabletops were missing pre-drilled holes. Their initial solution was for me to drill into my brand-new desks myself. After going back and forth, they agreed to correct the issues.

Then the bamboo tabletops arrived with visible damage and areas that appeared scraped or sanded down.

Customer service was polite, but for nearly $3,000, I expected properly manufactured and inspected desks without having to repeatedly contact the company to resolve production issues. Unfortunately, I would not purchase from Lowdesk again.

I was under the impression that the desk would ship the Friday after my order per the FAQ, but that was not the case and I didn't see any indication I was preordering anything. However, the company was very communicative and quick to answer questions. Also, there was a very minor quality control issue that came up and they were very up front and transparent about it before shipping it. It was only aesthetics and didn't effect the functionality whatsoever.

When it arrived, it took about 2 hours to assemble. There was a missing wood screw to attach the table, but it wasn't necessary and I ultimately had a similar one floating around.

In terms of everyday use, I've had it for several weeks and I spend probably about 1.5 hours on the floor, a couple hours standing, and the 4.5 sitting in a standard chair. That said, I can certainly feel some improvement in terms of flexibility in my hips. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the customer service.
