Shipping policy

Pre-order Shipping Information* 

  • Pre-ordered products ship on the listed pre-order date on the product page above the Add to Cart button. Once they are ready to ship, delivery takes around 3-5 business days to arrive. If you have any questions about when your product will ship, please check your shipping date and reference the shipping timeline on the product page.

General Shipping Information:

  • *Please check to make sure the item is not for pre-order. The shipping timeline for each product are on the product pages listed above the Add to Cart button.

  • When in stock, our desks typically ship the Friday after your order and take 3-5 business days to arrive.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address associated with your order after 5 p.m. PST the next day.

For US Customers:

  • Free shipping for US based customers in the contiguous 48.

  • Our ground shipments do not require a signature for delivery.

  • Orders for Hawaii and Alaska based customers will be shipped by UPS or FedEx ground and the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

For International Customers Outside the EU

  • International customers outside the EU are unable to order desks with tabletops. Please view our desk frame collection here.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
  • The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other import charges.

For International Customers in the EU

  • Customers in the EU are unable to order desks with tabletops. Please view our desk frame collection here.
  • For the Pro Frame Only, we offer two international shipping options:
  • APC Consolidated Shipping: Import duties and fees are included and paid in advance. No additional import charges due upon delivery.
  • DHL Express: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges upon import.
  • Shipping costs for both options will be calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expedited shipping at this time. Rest assured that items typically arrive 3-5 business days after they have shipped.
